Custom Clearance Process:

Paperwork verification

In order to import or export goods, you need to prepare the following documents:

Commercial Invoice
Packing List
Bill of Lading
Certificate of the Origin
Any additional documents needed.

If it is your first time you work with us, we need:

Social Security Certificate
Commercial Register
Commercial Circular
Copy of the Identity Card (for the person who is authorized to sign in the name of the company)
Financial Register (Income Tax)

Payments, Taxes, Duties

Our job is to calculate and pay on your behalf the shipment's value for tax and duties. These taxes are calculated based on different factors such as the type of goods, the mode of shipping, the laws and regulations of the importing country, and the declared value.
